Listening to Canadians Wave 14, 2003 [Canada]

The questions ask opinions on Government of Canada priorities, the internet, access to Government information and the ability to access Government services. The respondents were also asked questions so that they could be grouped according to geographic and social variables. For the first time, the survey examined perceptions of the Canadian-American relationship. In order to develop a greater understanding of this complex relationship, two separate studies were conducted. Questions designed by Communications Canada were included in the Ipsos-Reid U.S. omnibus survey and two modules of the winter 2003 Listening to Canadians survey were devoted to this topic.
