Interferon-gamma signaling promotes melanoma progression and metastasis

To investigate the effect of Interferon-gamma signaling on gene expression in melanoma cells We performed gene expression analysis of mouse melanoma cell lines that have been treated with Interferon-gamma cytokine as compared with mock-treated controls. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for B16 and YUMM1.1 mouse melanoma cells exposed to 10 ng/ml recombinant mouse IFN-gamma for 48 hours in culture as compared to untreated control cells.
