Figures and dataset- Chelangarimiyandoab et al

The file "Updated Figures with corresponding data_May 26_2026.zip" contains all Figures and their corresponding dataset used for generating the figures. Each figure has a corresponding folder with a sub-folder containing the figure as "pdf" or "ai" illustrator file, a second sub-folder with corresponding Excel files, a third sub-folder with corresponding individual graphs in "pdf" format and a final sub-folder with corresponding GraphPad Prism file. The file "Supplementary Material complete.pdf" contains two tables: one with a list of primers and probe sequences used for quantitative PCR analysis and the other with a list of antibodies used for flow cytometry analysis. It also contains a supplementary figure reporting the correlation between inoculated UPEC dose and recovered CFU 24h after infection in bladder and kidneys of WT or HO mice.
