Countries with the highest sanitation and drinking water scores worldwide 2022

In 2022, 19 out of the top 20 countries with the highest sanitation and drinking water indexes worldwide were European, six of which had an EPI scored of 100. Japan was the only non-European nation to rank among the 20 countries with the highest sanitation and drinking water scores in 2022.
