Development plan Tonndorf 17-Jenfeld 15 1st amendment Hamburg

Paragraph 2 of the Regulation on the development plan Tonndorf 17/Jenfeld 15 of 24 June 1975 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 129) is replaced by the following:
‘In commercial areas, retail establishments, insofar as they do not trade in vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and other land-use articles, including accessories, or in building materials, tools, garden tools and other construction and garden supplies, shall not issue or store such items; Exceptions for entertainment venues are excluded. In addition, with the exception of the parcel 1873 (new: 2802) of the Tonndorf area excludes commercial recreational facilities (such as squash and tennis halls, bowling alleys).’
