Organic photovoltaic mini-module providing more than 5000 volts for energy autonomy of dielectric elastomer actuators

In the folder ''IV curves of HV-OPMs'', there are all the IV curves of the HV-OPMs meaasured under warm white LED lamp with different illuminances. The first column is voltage in volts and the second column is current in micro-amperes.

In the folder ''IV curves of PID test'', there are all the IV curves of the samples before and after potential induced degradation (PID) test. The measurement and sample details are included in the headlines.

In the folder ''Transient measurement of HV-OPM-DEA system'', the transient voltage of the HV-OPM and current through the DEA suction cup were measured by an oscilloscope. The files can be opened with software PicoScope 7. The Channel A refers to CH1, while Channel C refers to CH2 in the manuscript.

The file ''Suction pressure measurement of HV-OPM powered DEA suction cup.xlsx'' shows the suction pressure of the DEA suction cup powered by the HV-OPM under different illuminances. The first column is time in miliseconds, the second column is suction pressure in mbar, and the third column is the temperature in °C. Note that this is the raw data, in which there may exist large fluctuations on the plateau before switching on the lamp. The data presented in the manuscript used the shortened plateau to be more accurate.
