Gironde: urban envelope (workspace for land deposits)

Delimitation of so-called “urbanised” areas within the municipalities in which the pre-identification treatment of land deposits potentially available for the construction of dwellings is carried out. As part of the study on land deposits, the urban envelope is the space within which land reserves must be identified. The objective is to identify the land that remains available within already artificialised or urbanised spaces. The challenge of detecting land deposits is directly linked to that of a more economical management of space: the aim is to optimise the land which, structurally, is already “used”.
