The Beijing Nowcasting Precipitation Atmospheric Precipitable Water Vapor Data Service is an urban-level nowcasting precipitation monitoring system established to effectively address the impact of increasingly frequent extreme precipitation on urban safe operation. By utilizing this product, the application scenarios of PWV (Atmospheric Precipitable Water Vapor) early warning can be expanded, and it can be widely applied in various industries such as government and meteorological early warning that require secondary processing using PWV data, with strong extensibility. This product retrieves and inverts atmospheric precipitable water vapor based on high-density multi-source sensing equipment built internally in Beijing, obtains the atmospheric precipitable water vapor above and around these high-density multi-source sensing devices, and displays it visually. Historical atmospheric precipitable water vapor data are stored long-term and can be queried according to user needs. The Beijing Nowcasting Precipitation Atmospheric Precipitable Water Vapor Data Service can be applied to precipitation monitoring and early warning for infrastructure such as municipal road and bridge, municipal environmental sanitation, urban rivers, gas supply, rail transit, urban civil air defense, and emergency rescue. This product can be provided to users in need through multiple channels such as SaaS service accounts and API interfaces.
