Load shedding Blocks

This layer shows the loadshedding blocks for the City of Cape Town. Load-shedding stages depend on the extent of the shortage of generation capacity to meet the country’s electricity demand, with stage 1 being the least serious, and stage 4 being the most serious. Outages generally last for about 2,5 hours. Due to technical issues there can be minor changes in the load-shedding area boundaries from time to time. All spatial layers are served live from internal systems, an item's "Last Updated" or "Publish Date" refers to the Metadata only.本图层展示了开普敦市的限电（load-shedding）区块。限电等级依据该国满足电力需求的发电容量短缺程度划分，1级为最轻等级，4级为最严重等级。单次停电时长通常约为2.5小时。受技术因素影响，限电区域边界可能会不时出现小幅调整。所有空间图层均通过内部系统实时提供，数据项的「最后更新时间」或「发布日期」仅针对元数据（Metadata）。
