Replication Data for RNA-Seq analysis of gene expression in 25 cases of canine lymphoma undergoing CHOP chemotherapy

Data file 3 consists of patient outcome and immunophenotype results from 25 dogs with lymphoma. Data file 4 contains an image of a heat map of gene expression showing immunophenotype, disease stage and batch number. Data file 5 contains the results of Cox proportional hazard analysis of gene expression.
