Individual excitatory neurons were stimulated via C1V1 with a two-photon laser. GCaMP6f was used to monitor the responses of neighboring neurons. This was done in auditory cortex and posterior parietal cortex of SOM-Cre x Ai14 mice. See bioRxiv 2024.02.20.581200; doi: https://doi.org/10.1101/2024.02.20.581200. This repository includes the data from only auditory cortex.
