Transcriptome sequencing of multiple cephalopod species transcriptome

This project seeks to use cephalopod transcriptomes to 1) investigate evolutionary relationships and 2) for use in proteomic studies to investigate toxicity in cephalopods. Users of these data should note after submission it was discovered that some of the transcriptomes contained within these projects are contaminated with reads from Octopus vulgaris which occurred during the RNA extraction process (a single batch). The relevant SRR numbers are 5396788-5396792 (these are Sepioloidea lineolata) and also SAMN14609723 (Spirula spirula).
