The Innovation Survey counts, among other variables, the percentage of innovative companies, as well as the amount of expenditure on innovative activities and their distribution among the different activities, the public financing of the same and the cooperation to carry out innovative activities. The Innovation Survey is carried out since 2018 with the new version of the Oslo Manual 2018 and this supposes that there is a break of the series due to the methodological change. For this reason, the data published from 2018 onwards are not comparable to those published in previous years.
