Guide to code files: 1_Estimating_pollinator_dependence_for_natural_vegetation A file including the code used to collate and model pollinator dependence values for 135, 633 species of wild plant, and to create a dataset showing the plausible range of values for the natural vegetation average in each grid cell. 2_Estimating_pollinator_dependence_for_cropland A file including the code used to collate pollinator dependence values for 98 crops, and create a dataset showing the plausible range of values for the cropland average in each grid cell. 3_Composite_pollinator_dependence_map A file including the code used to weight values of pollinator dependence in natural vegetation and cropland by respective land cover fractions, to generate a map of pollinator dependence across land cover types. 4_Biodiversity_impact_assessment A file including the code used to assess where pollinator dependence in natural vegetation may lead to vulnerabilities for ecosystems and biodiversity. 5_Cropland_impact_assessment A file including the code used to assess where overlapping high pollinator dependence in natural vegetation and cropland may lead to vulnerabilities for crops. 6_Human_wellbeing_impact_assessment A file including the code used to assess where high pollinator dependence in natural vegetation may lead to vulnerabilities for wider ecosystem services and human wellbeing.
