Unified Regional Hydrographic Netting

The map shows the Unified Regional Reticle (Riru) of Regione Lombardia realised Mosaicing linear geometries and information on the lattices of the watercourses available from the following information sources: • Regional Technical Paper, for the whole of Lombardy, taken on a scale of 1:10.000 made in 1982-83 for mountain areas and 1994 for lowland areas; Regional Topographic Database (DBT) for mountain areas of the Provinces of BG-BS-CO-LC-PV-SO-VA and for lowland areas of the CO-LC-PV-SO-VA provinces, detected at scales 1:2000/1:5000/1:10.000 realised in the years 2006 to 2016; • Information System Irrigation and Territory (SIBITeR) for the plains of Lombardy and for the areas managed by Consortia of reclamation and irrigation, relating to the component of the artificial grid; • Minor Hydrographic Networks (RIM) identified by the Municipalities that have produced the Hydraulic Police Document. The following components have also been integrated into Riru: • Main lakes; • Environmental Information System — SIBA, to identify water courses subject to environmental constraints; • Main river lattice for the purposes of the hydraulic police — RIP, to identify water courses qualified as main; • Water Management Plans 2016, which has enriched the register; • Water courses of the Interregional Agency for the Po River (AIPO). The Riru database has been updated: • In 2017 identifying the RIM (with the available data) of the Municipalities of the Metropolitan City of Milan and the Provinces of Como and Sondrio, modifying and enriching its geometry on the basis of the hydrographic network of the topographic database of the Metropolitan City of Milan and the provinces of Monza and Brianza, Cremona and Lodi. Cap Holding SpA contributed to the integration of the RIM of the Metropolitan City of Milan with the development of the Business Plan relating to the Agreement for Participation in IIT. • In 2018 identifying the RIM (with the available data) of the Municipalities of the provinces of Brescia, Cremona, Lecco, Sondrio and Varese • The database was updated during 2019 identifying the Minor Hydrographic Reticle for some municipalities in the provinces of Milan and Como and for other municipalities in the province of Brescia.; In 2020 the province of Sondrio and for most of the municipalities of the province of Cremona.The database was updated in 2021 partially identifying the Minor Hydrographic Network for the provinces of Bergamo, Lodi and Mantua.
