Mock treated samples for: Overexpression of ANAC017 results in a genomes uncoupled phenotype under Lincomycin

To determine interactions between chloroplast and mitochondrial signalling pathways, Arabidopsis thaliana mutant lines of regulators of mitochondrial retrograde signalling were screened for a genomes-uncoupled (gun) phenotype, i.e. a loss in their ability to down-regulate the expression of a variety of marker genes encoding chloroplast proteins after norflurazon (NF) or lincomycin (Lin) treatment, these are the mock treated lines.
