Cape gooseberries metagenone at unripe and ripe stages Metagenome

An amplicon metagenomic approach was used to identify the bacterial diversity changes in cape gooseberry fruits at two ripe stages (two, four) collected from an organic farm production system and fruits purchased from an open air market to gain baseline information on the prevalence of bacterial taxa between the groups.
