Proteomic analysis of spleen samples from Mycoplasma synoviae-infected chicks

Mycoplasma synovium (MS) infection can cause severe inflammatory reactions in poultry and evade immune recognition, leading to chronic infection and immune dysfunction. This study explored the effects of MS infection on chicken spleen through proteomic analysis and revealed its complex disease mechanism. The results of this study will provide new insights into the molecular level changes induced by MS infection and reveal key signaling and immune response pathways that may be involved in the infection process.
