Evidence-based practice training program for Head nurses

The dataset collected data from head nurses in Vietnam to evaluate the impact of a structured Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) training program. Using a before-and-after research design, the study measured participants’ EBP knowledge, attitudes, and implementation skills before and after the training intervention. The data aimed to assess changes in EBP competence and determine the program’s effectiveness in improving nursing leadership and clinical decision-making.
