The Closing Externality Window — reproducibility pack: 39-case hidden-cost-surfacing dataset and analysis code

Reproducibility pack for the working paper "The Closing Externality Window: First-Principles Sustainability and the Evidence for a Compressing Externality Lag." Contains the 39-case hidden-cost-surfacing dataset (CSV and Excel workbook) and the full R and Python code that reproduces every result in §2 and Appendix A — the OLS compression curve and specification ladder, the regression-diagnostic battery, the truncation- and censoring-corrected accelerated-failure-time estimation, the capture–recapture pending-universe bounds, and the threshold-harmonisation and AFT distributional-robustness checks — plus saved console outputs and a consolidated all-results workbook. Run compression-curve-analysis.R (or .py) to reproduce the headline; see README.md for the file guide. Prepared for double-blind peer review; author-identifying information has been withheld from the files during the review period.
