We assessed the levels of the PRC1 Polycomb mark, RYBP, H2AK119Ub1, and the PRC2 Polycomb mark, H3K27me3, considering the extensive crosstalk between PRC1 and PRC2 activities. Overall design: Chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing (ChIP-seq) for RYBP, H2AK119ub1 and H3K27me3 in HBEC3 defective cell (Control cells, RYBP KO, YAF2 KO, RYBP/YAF2 DKO).
