To investigate the role of Prmt5 gene in lung development, we established a Prmt5 specific knockout model in Dermo1 of C57 mouse lung mesenchymal cells using cre-loxp system. Then, the data obtained from RNA-seq in E18.5-day lung tissues were used for gene expression profiling analysis. Overall design: E18.5 mesenchymal Dermo1 specific knockout of Prmt5 in lung tissues and the data obtained in RNA-seq of wild-type E18.5 lung group were analyzed for gene expression profile.
