In the process of modern urbanization, urban public transport is of significant importance as the primary infrastructure that meets the mobility needs of the population. The scientifically-based regulation of the technical and operational indicators of vehicles is necessary not only to ensure passenger safety but also to increase economic efficiency, environmental sustainability, and service quality.
