Transcriptomic Effects of EGFR Degraders, Inhibitors, KO, FBS strarvation conditions

This study investigated the transcriptomic effects of EGFR degraders, inhibitors, EGFR knockout (KO), and serum starvation (FBS deprivation) in the 4T1 breast cancer cell model. Notably, low-dose EGFR degraders and inhibitors, despite their distinct mechanisms of action, exhibited similar transcriptomic profiles, both promoting lipid metabolic pathways. These findings suggest convergent molecular mechanisms underlying EGFR-targeted interventions and underscore their potential clinical relevance for optimizing therapeutic strategies in precision oncology.
