Decentralised on-demand manufacturing of a spare part with recycled plastic from the same appliance

This report summarises the process and resultsof the on-demand additive manufacturing (AM, also threedimensional printing) of a spare part for a household appliance(i.e. refrigerator) based on the original mechanical drawingsand by using recycled plastic from the same appliance - all thiswithout the direct involvement of the original equipmentmanufacturer (OEM) in the process.
