Transcriptomic profiling of mouse liver with liver-specific SNHG9 overexpression

This study aimed to investigate the transcriptional changes induced by liver-specific overexpression of SNHG9 in mice. SNHG9 was overexpressed in the mouse liver, and total RNA was extracted from liver tissues for RNA sequencing. Transcriptomic profiling was performed to identify differentially expressed genes and pathways associated with SNHG9 overexpression. These data provide a resource for understanding the molecular mechanisms regulated by SNHG9 in the liver.
