To determine the molecular response of sorted young muscle stem cells to thrombospondin-1 treatment in vitro.
Conclusion:
In response to increasing thrombospondin-1 (THBS1) doses we discovered a decrease in the fraction of IdU+ cells and Ki67+ cells while the fraction of cleaved PARP+ cells was unchanged. We also found an increase in the levels of p57 protein. Visual inspection of biaxial plots
