Social Report – Working time of non-permanent part-time staff

This dataset distributes the number of employees employed by contract staff as at 31 December each year by local authority (commune, department, and for 2018 only, City of Paris), by mode of exercise of part-time activity (part-time quota), by hierarchical category, by sex, by year.

The **social report** of the Parisian community provides, each year, quantitative but also qualitative information on the human resources of the City of Paris. It traces the evolution of the main indicators relating to human resources policy, be it staff, remuneration, hygiene and safety, careers and training, working conditions and social relations.

In anticipation, the “Bilan Social” datasets have integrated the [community merger](https://www.paris.fr/actualites/paris-fusion-de-la-ville-et-du-conseil-departemental-6373) relating to the [Ordinance n°2018-74] as of 2018. The code _Ville de Paris_ replaces the codes _Commune_ and _Department_ of the Collective column from 2018 onwards.

本数据集按以下维度统计每年12月31日时点的合同制雇员数量：地方行政当局（公社（commune）、省（department），2018年仅包含巴黎市）、兼职活动开展方式（兼职配额）、职级类别、性别及年度。

**社会报告（social report）**由巴黎社群每年发布，涵盖巴黎市人力资源相关的定量与定性信息，追踪人力资源政策核心指标的演变历程，涉及雇员规模、薪酬待遇、卫生安全、职业发展与培训、工作条件及社会关系等多个领域。

为配合相关政策落地，自2018年起，「社会报告（Bilan Social）」数据集已纳入与[第2018-74号法令](https://www.paris.fr/actualites/paris-fusion-de-la-ville-et-du-conseil-departemental-6373)相关的社群合并事项。2018年起，集体分类列中的_Commune（公社）_与_Department（省）_代码将由_Ville de Paris（巴黎市）_代码替代。
