The study goal is to reveal the transcriptome responses of Drosophila thorax and gut upon bacteria conditioning. Bacteria conditioning is to feed flies with the diet where bacteria (Lactiplantibacillus plantarum Lsi or Acetobacter persici Ai) were cultured for 24 hours in advance and killed by antibiotics cocktail.
