Processed results from single-nucleus multiomic profiling of Parkinson's disease midbrain
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains processed and derived results generated for the study “Chromatin accessibility provides the missing mechanistic layer linking Parkinson’s disease genetics to disease-associated cellular states.” The study uses single-nucleus multiomic profiling of postmortem human midbrain samples from healthy controls, individuals with incidental Lewy body disease (ILBD), and individuals with Parkinson’s disease (PD). The deposited files include processed results from cell-type-specific transcriptomic and chromatin accessibility analyses, differential gene expression and chromatin accessibility analyses, regulatory network analyses, SCENIC+ and eRegulon analyses, and other downstream analyses reported in the manuscript. These files represent processed or summary-level research outputs intended to facilitate reproducibility and reuse. Individual-level genotype or other controlled-access human subject data are not included. The analysis code used to generate these results is deposited separately on Zenodo.
