J774.A1 macrophages were either left unprimed or primed with either IFNγ, LPS, or both and subsequently co-cultured with JC CRL 2116 tumor cells. J774.A1 cells were labeled with PE-conjugated anti-CD11b antibodies (red surface stain) while JC CRL 2116 cells were labeled with Vybrant (green cytoplasmic stain). Both cells were also stained with DAPI. Experiment was conducted in triplicates (three wells/images correspond to one condition).
