RNA-seq of Aphelenchus avenae at different stages

To study the changes in gene expression of Aphelenchus avenae nematodes under desiccation stress and which major genes are involved in drought stress resistance, we sequenced single nematodes at different ages of the nematode. Combining transcriptome data of desiccation stress and freezing stress, we analyzed the expression differences of multiple genes, especially the unbalanced expression of alleles, and discovered the role of a stress resistance gene P5CS in plants in drought resistance.
