Irpex lacteus Transcriptome. Irpex lacteus strain:CD2

Sythetic dyes are used extensively for paper printing and textily dyeing with the rapid modern industrialization. Azo dyes account for the largest and most versatile textile effluents and most widespread used because of their structure stability and versatility. In this study we used the white rot fugus Irpex lacteus CD2 to study the co-degradation of lignin and dye. Transcriptome data were generated for I. Lacteus CD2 that treat DR5B in the presence and absence of alkali lignin respectively.
