transcriptional responses of LPS-stimulated microglia in Alzheimer's disease

Neuroimmunity is present as an important mechanism in the brains of Alzheimer's patients, and microglia are a key component of the brain's innate immune response during the development and progression of Alzheimer's disease. The interferon pathway plays an important role in the pathophysiologic mechanisms of AD. RNA-seq was performed on LPS-treated microglia(LPS) and untreated microglia(WT) to further explore. Overall design: To further investigate the transcriptional responses in LPS-stimulated microglia, primary microglia were divided into control group and LPS-treated group, with 3 samples in each group and 6 samples in total. The LPS treatment group was treated with 1ug/ml LPS.
