OGC-API Features Exemption of the ban on breaking of catch crops in the Rhineland in NRW (INSPIRE)

From 2018 onwards, in certain districts and district-free cities of the Rhineland region, catch crops that are cultivated as ecological priority areas under the greening commitments will be able to break from 1 February. The early break-up date also applies to catch crops grown after leguminous cultivation as part of greening and subsowning in the context of the provision of ecological priority areas. It is not possible to shift the transition date for catch crops supported under the agri-environmental measures directive. Here, 16 February is considered the earliest date, even if these are designated as an ecological priority area within the framework of greening.
