This condition concept set includes all respiratory tract infection diagnoses, both upper and lower. This code list was generated by taking all descendants of the SNOMED code 275498002 for respiratory tract infection, and related ICD9/10/10CM codes. String searching was not used because of the huge number of terms that would be needed. This broad concept set was intended to identify patients with respiratory infection diagnoses. Limited to ICD9CM, ICD10, ICD10CM and SNOMED diagnosis codes. ICD codes are included with and without decimal points, indicated by cc_decimal_removal.
