To identify differentially expressed genes involved in differentiation process of Dlk+ cells, we have conducted whole genome microarray expression profiling. Subsequently, genes exhibiting a change greater than 2.0-fold were selected. Overall design: Purified Dlk-positive hepatoblasts and differentiation-induced hepatoblasts were subjected to RNA extraction and hybridization on Agilent microarrays.
