Municipal fund measures; Social domain; various level dates; region 2016

Municipalities receive money from the national government from the municipal fund. In doing so, they pay part of their expenses. Since 2015, municipalities are responsible for the implementation of the Youth Act, Participation Act and WMO (Social Domain). Distribution models have been developed for the distribution of the national budget for the implementation of these three laws among municipalities. On behalf of the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations (BZK), CBS compiles figures with which these distribution models can be calculated. This table contains data that serve as a basis for determining the distribution of the national budget among the municipalities for the purposes of the Youth Act, Participation Act and Wmo. Data available for 2016 Status of the figures: The figures in this table are final, but compiled on the basis of data from different sources, and calculated on different base years. This means that the figures are not simply comparable to those already published on StatLine. This is explained in more detail in the explanatory memorandum on the subjects. Changes as at 31 May 2018: The name and explanation of the indicator ‘Persons with a Wajong benefit’ has been changed, namely ‘Wajong benefits’ and not ‘Persons with a Wajong benefit’. That’s right now in the table. When will there be new figures? The new figures are expected to be available by the end of May 2017. These will appear in a new, separate StatLine table.
