AmpliSeq analysis of murine gingiva isolated from C57BL/6 and Krt14CreZc3h12aflox/flox (Mcpip-1eKO)

Murine gingival tissue was mechanically homogenized using a TissueLyser LT and high-quality RNA was isolated using the mirVana kit (Thermo Fisher Scientific), according to the manufacturer’s protocol. RNA quality and concentration were assessed using the Agilent RNA Nano kit on the Bioanalyzer 2100 (Agilent Technologies, USA). RNA libraries were prepared using the Ion AmpliSeq Transcriptome Mouse Gene Expression Kit (Thermo Fisher Scientific), pooled and sequenced using the Ion PI Chip Kit v3 with the Ion Proton Sequencer (Thermo Fisher Scientific).
