TCMSID

TCMSID, a Traditional Chinese Medicine Simplified Integrated Database, which contains 499 herbs registered in the Chinese pharmacopoeia with 20015 ingredients including comprehensive annotations, was developed to achieve TCM Simplification. In this database, several key ingredients can be screened as representatives of the whole TCM to capture potential targets via implementing multi-tool target prediction. Therefore, Networks among TCM herbs, formulations, ingredients, potential targets can be constructed to facilitate clarifying function and mechanisms of the TCM.

中药整合简化数据库（Traditional Chinese Medicine Simplified Integrated Database, TCMSID）收录了499种收载于《中国药典》的中药材，包含20015个化学成分并附带全面注释信息，其研发目的为实现中药研究的简化。在该数据库中，可通过采用多工具靶点预测方法，筛选出若干关键成分作为中药整体的代表性成分，以捕获其潜在作用靶点。借此可构建中药材、方剂、化学成分与潜在靶点之间的相互作用网络，从而助力阐明中药的功效与作用机制。
