Statistical dataset and R code for the analysis of stem subsidence in revision total hip arthroplasty using modular fluted tapered stems

This repository contains the dataset and R Markdown script used for the statistical analysis presented in the manuscript titled “Subsidence of Modular Fluted Tapered Stems After Femoral Revision Surgery: Risk Factors and a Novel Classification System.” The CSV file contains anonymized patient-level data used in the analysis. The R Markdown (.Rmd) script includes all steps for data preparation, descriptive statistics, regression modeling, and figure generation. This deposit is intended to support transparency and reproducibility in clinical research related to revision total hip arthroplasty.
