Null models are described in Moury et al. [30] for B, N, C2, R2 and S, and in Moury et al. [99] for PD. For each null model and each algorithm, the frequency of simulations, among 100, showing a strictly higher nestedness (or modularity) score than that of the actual matrix is indicated. Significantly nested or modular networks (p ≤ 0.05) are indicated in red. (XLSX)
