Proximal-end bias from in-vitro reconstituted nucleosomes and the result on downstream data analysis

These in vitro reconstituted nucleosome (invitrosome) reads were created as a control to evaluate the prevalence of fragment end bias in invitrosome reconstitution experiments. The ART reads are in silico derived reads to act as a non-invitrosome control.
