The cabbage whitefly (Aleyrodes proletella) is a major agricultural pest. This study was conducted to investigate the presence of RNA viruses in the cabbage whitefly and their distribution across different tissues. Transcriptome sequencing was performed on adult cabbage whiteflies and specific tissues, including the salivary glands, intestine, epidermis, and ovaries.
