MPC for the Prescription of Antithyroid Agents

In this repository, we provide the Matlab files used for the paper: "Treating Hyperthyroidism: Model Predictive Control for the Prescription of Antithyroid Agents". For each case, we wrote one main script and a related plot file. The files "ordinary" and "plot_ordinary" correspond to the results of Section 3.1. The files "iodide" and "plot_iodide" correspond to the results of Section 3.2. Finally, the files "intravenous" and "plot_intravenous" correspond to the results of Section 3.3.
