Genome sequencing of novel Mesorhizobium species isolated from legume nodules in Arctic and subarctic regions

This Mesorhizobium strain was isolated from root nodules of a legume plant growing in Arctic and subarctic regions. Genome sequencing was performed to investigate its phylogenetic position, symbiotic genes, and adaptations to cold environments. The strain represents a putative novel species within the genus Mesorhizobium.
