Sample MS dataset for the ProteomIQon Pipeline

Upload of a whole dataset that is processed by the ProteomIQon Pipeline. Used for creating a ProteomIQon tutorial at the Galaxy Training Network. An experiment which measured 15N labeled and unlabeled Chamydomonas reinhardtii samples at different ratios and compared the RatioLFQ to unlabeled quantifications. This upload consists of a peptide database and an mzlite file, which serve as test data for the Peptide Spectrum Matching Tool on the Galaxy Platform.
