Heyndrickxia coagulans is a Gram-positive probiotic bacterium exhibiting dual characteristics of both lactic acid bacteria and Bacillus species. It has attracted considerable attention due to its strong stress tolerance; however, the mechanisms underlying its adaptation to acidic environments remain insufficiently understood.
