Ppr - Letter c) water bodies (tav. P2) / Hydrographic system (tav. P4) 2023 UPDATE

The data is an update of the data in Tables P2 and P4 of the approved PPR, since it contains the changes introduced with subsequent DGR.The data, linear, identifies the following elements as water bodies: 'river' means a perennial flowing stream, flowing predominantly above the surface but which may be partly underground; \"tower\" means a temporary or intermittent or ephemeral watercourse subject to periods of total dryness or stretches of the riverbed (characterised by considerable variations in regime, with periods in which it flows swollen and impetuous and others in which it is almost completely dry); \"watercourse\", a body of water characterised simply by the flow of flowing waters, the flowing waters of which are of lesser flow.For the purposes of applying the protection, all bodies of water included in the lists provided for by Royal Decree No 1775 of 11 December 1933 and all rivers and streams, even if not included in the aforementioned list, recognisable by their place names in the official regional maps are considered.Bodies of water called "river" or "tower" are subject to landscape protection for their entire route, regardless of the section indicated in the lists provided for by Royal Decree No 1775/1933. On the other hand, all the other watercourses are protected only on the stretch indicated in the above lists, although the PPR maps the entire route; the section actually subject to protection will be specified during the adaptation of the urban planning instrument to the PPR. The water bodies in Table P2 correspond to those in Table P4.
