Single-cell transcriptome of bone marrow of patients with knee osteoarthritis

Utilizing samples collected during a randomized, double-blinded multicenter clinical trial, high dimensional transcriptomic analysis, and cellular phenotyping of BMAC from OA patients at the single cell level was performed. For discovery, these OA samples were randomly chosen to be quantitatively compared to a similarly sized non-OA cohort extracted from a public database.
